==================

Treatment 1

Three people are sitting outside a coffee bar late one evening in central Amsterdam. They have just purchased and consumed a product called bluebird and are chatting about super heroes. They decide to act out the well known transformation scene from the Power Rangers episodes that involves the naming of animals and specific powers. They join hands and the first person rather predictably names a lion and the power of thunder while the second names a pussy cat and the power of wind. The third is slightly older than the other two, less familiar with the terminology and stumbles over a phrase involving rockets and rhinos. However, much to his astonishment, he is immediately launched into the air by powerful rockets emanating from his Campers and ricochets painfully off the elegant Dutch townhouses and large plane trees surrounding the square before crashing to the ground a few yards from the table where our protagonists were seated. The friends rush to the crumpled body along with various shocked bystanders to discover that underneath his fashionable and expensive clothing he is wearing a cheap lycra bodysuit that resembles the costume of a super hero.

Treatment 2

A middle aged musician is visiting Amsterdam for a long weekend. After his more than adequate performance he visits a night club and is delighted to find that, as well as the inevitable mindless Garage music there is a live band playing. He amused to discover that the mediocre but enthusiastic band are entirely made up of very young teenagers and that the bass player may well be only 12 years old. The next day, with the previous evening's experience clouded in a fog of excess, he finds himself listening to another rather poor sound coming from an open air venue. He discovers, to his horror, that this band seems even younger and that the guitarist must be no more than 8 years old.
Determined to find out the reason for the abundance of these juvenile musicians he decides to investigate. Eventually he discovers that older musicians have become so enamoured of Amsterdam's spiritual cigarettes that they are unwilling to play any more but prefer to deputise to someone slightly younger than themselves. This has then been repeated on an unprecedented scale until, inevitably, the only people left who are available are children. The path finally leads him to a sinister building in the shape of an inverted pyramid on the outskirts of town. It is here, he has been led to believe that all will be made clear. Inside a small child of around 4 years old explains that it is here that the new musicians are created. The last shot is of our protagonist's horrified expression as he gazes over the ghastly muso-baby factory at the top of the enormous Myrapid (patent pending).
